Brief Profile (Accountabilities and   Responsibilities)   Ensure 1st Level service quality surveillance and alarm handling and problem escalation & restoration:Ensuring the working of TOC application.

  • Timely escalation to all stakeholder should result in preventing outages or reducing outage duration
  • Capturing all critical alarms of HUB/BSC/Strategic sites escalation Via Call/Mail.
  • Maintain database with 100% accuracy by continuous reconciliation and feedback from internal customers and audit teams
  • Maintaining Base Configuration (BC) & provisioning database to 100% accuracy by incorporating changes & migration details
  • Performance analysis of O&M function through online and offline reporting


  1. IUTR Report preparation & validation and Report circulation & analysis:


∙        Summarize Closed outage with reason of IUTR

∙        Publish IUTR report at national level on daily basis.

∙        Publishing of Macro Report Site down with Infra Alarms.


3.Ensure Major incidence/Fire escalation:


  • Zero Minute voice escalations for any major & fire incident and preparation all the related analysis.
  • SMS and mail escalation to all concern with immediate basis.
  • Publishing of overall site analysis &PPT.
  • Follow-up with Circle and Dump consolidation of critical alarms.


4.Ensure handling of Trouble Ticket Request From SME/OME for PM &CM Tickets:


∙        Follow ups with SME and OME for Trouble Ticket Request with in SLA.

∙        Check TT Tracker for Planned events in The ACMS portal


∙        Coordinating with the circle for the closure with In SLA for all open complaints.

∙        Provide technical help to our internal stakeholders for any issue related to Trouble Ticket application.

∙        Troubleshooting all errors in application and provide solution for the same with immediate basis.
